Broadcasting Online

24 hours a day, 7 days a week…

We have been broadcasting in streaming audio since 1996. We believe that we were the first community radio station in Australia to broadcast online. Since our move to FM in 2001, we've also upgraded our on-line "signal".

We're currently streaming in 3 quality levels: 28 kbps, 56 kbps and 256 kbps. Your player will autodetect and adjust to your connection speed to provide you with the best quality possible. You will need a player/codec capable of handling RealAudio G2. We recommend Real Alternative, which will install the codec's (and a player if need be) for Windows. Full details can be found here or you can directly download just the lite version from the right.

In partnership with the Information Technology Services department of the University of Adelaide, we now have a dedicated RealServer with licencing for up to 1000 simultaneous listeners.

A Linux/Unix player for Real Audio can be found here.

Once the file has downloaded, locate it on your system and double-click to start the installation process.

If for some reason the above doesn't work or you use an Apple Mac or just really want the full player, then visit
